A former Royal Marines Commando Officer, Scott has numerous years of planning and conducting expeditions and operations in both the military and civilian sectors.
Scott was decorated by Her Majesty the Queen and the Royal Marines for his outstanding leadership and support to Operations in Afghanistan. He has also completed a number of expeditions and challenges. A tried and tested member of the team, Scott has 35 years of military experience to back up his leadership style, having served on operations all over the globe. Scott was diagnosed with Complex PTSD; due to his military service, and has learnt to live with this debilitating injury/condition. Scott is married with 2 sons, plus his dog Chewy and lives in Hampshire.
